My clients are typically technology illiterate and do not own a computer. Freshbook requires an email address per client, and my clients do not have email addresses. For me, this app is beyond 1 star as I cannot even create any clients.

Freshbooks is simply one of the best example of how a company should be. Your products are simply fantastic. Everything is simple, good looking, and powerfull. Great work guys!

Ive been an avid user of the FreshBooks cloud accounting app, and hoped they would bring the same quality to their iPhone app. This thing has a horrible time connecting to my account, and Ive lost hours, and double counted them many times. Im also appalled at the number of fake reviews (just read a few). Going to use a dedicated time tracking app, and enter via the website. cya.

This app single handedly undermines the most compelling reason to use FB. It makes invoicing and quotes a painful, frustrating, endlessly difficult task. Needlessly complicated UI, frequent crashes, impossible to write and edit text fields. I could go on. If I end up cancelling my account it will be entirely due to this terrible app and the lack of attention that FB has paid to fixing its obvious and serious shortcomings.

This is the best invoicing system out there hands down - if you arent using it already, you should be!

You would think that when I go to a client profile and click on the address it would open up maps so I could get there but no. You think I would be able to copy and paste the clients address but no. You think I would be able to click on a persons phone number and it would just call them but no again. Pretty simple stuff for a program I pay thousands for. Fresh books just cant seem to get it right.

Ive been using Freshbooks for about a year now. I work independently as a stage/sound/lighting technical offering my services and my equipment rentals. Freshbooks makes creating estimates and invoices much easier. When I recently had an issue with my account being suspended (a result of a compromised credit card that I forgot about), they were very helpful in getting me back up and running. They also voluntarily waived my two missed payments and gave me a free month!

Doesnt let me use google to sign in. If you offer it on the web app it should be available here too. Also could use a tune up with the level of nesting of menus. The expense and team time tracking interfaces especially go pretty deep. But it works.

Saving a time entry or reading time tracking data from the server takes unconscionably long for the minor amount of data being transmitted. Frequently I have to force quit the app as it’s trying to save a time entry: sometimes it saves it and sometimes it doesn’t but the newly updated iOS progress wheel will spin indefinitely either way. Recent updates have made the issue much worse!

Syncs up with their awesome service and live human support! UI could use a facelift. Some web functions missing. Does what I want/need. Four stars.

This app will save you immense time with on the go invoicing and quick quotes for clients.

Cant begin to tell you how much this app and service has transformed my consulting life! Before I dreaded and avoided invoicing time, lost money, felt totally stressed as my time tracking was laborious and using Word for invoicing made me crazy. Freshbooks is so incredibly easy, support is unbelievably quick patient and friendly and "on my team". Injected fresh hope and professionalism where it was a struggle before... Love u Freshbooks!!!!

Freshbooks is perfect for my new small business.

Loading takes for ever and happens at every screen - this app might actually slow you down! Quite buggy too. At least the frequent crashes arent as frequent. Might be worth it to try Harvest and see how theyre doing.

Responsive, and really easy to use. Im a freelancer and always on the go; being able to create and send invoices from my phone is a huge help.

Fantastic app! Allows me to look like a super efficient business woman, even if I have no laptop, so great to travel with!

I like the app but to me the most important feature of the app is a quick access but the connection to the internet takes way too long, even on a fast wifi network. I would also change the time tracking as to be a quick action
